Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 16, 2012
Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy, which applies to all products and services offered by Pixie Reef.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
Our products and services collect the following information:
Crash reports - In the rare event any of our products (an “Application”) fails to operate, or crashes, our Application will send out a crash report containing anonymous crash data. This information is not associated with you or your account and will help us with troubleshooting issues and improve our product and services.
Unique application number - This is a number unique to an Application and is not associated with you or your account. You have the option to reset this number through the Application interface (e.g. “Clear Data” for the Fish Bowl Photo Gallery from within Android). Once this number is reset, a brand new random application number is generated. This number allows us to track the manner in which our products and services are used. All data derived from using this number is aggregated and not identified with an individual device. We use this information to improve our product and services.
Anonymous application statistics - Some of our applications collect anonymous statistics about an Application which is not associated with you or your account. It is associated with the Unique application number. We gather this information to improve our products and services and to measure product quality. For example, we gather the number of times an application crashes so that our developers will have more information about how to improve the programs that they write. Just like the Unique application number, you have the option to reset this information through the Application interface.
Electronic mail addresses - We collect electronic mail addresses that you send to us as part of a request for support services. These electronic mail addresses are used solely to respond to your technical support questions. We use gmail as our electronic mail provider and refer you to its privacy policy located at http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. The addresses are used only by Pixie Reef personnel performing support functions.
None of the information we collect is provided to a third party, except for independent contractors performing services for us. Information may be transferred in connection with a sale of our business.
Opting Out
You may opt out of our information collection by terminating all use of our products and services.

The latest version of this policy will always be available on our website at: http://www.pixiereef.com/privacy. Pixie Reef may update this policy from time to time, and will provide notice on the home page of its website that its policy has changed ten (10) days prior to the effective date of the change.
