Getting Organized
- Sort - Choose to sort thumbnails by their name/title, date taken, date added, and sort albums by name. Make your selection in "Settings" > "Display".
- Move Files - Open a photo. Touch "Menu" > "Actions" > "Move". Pick an existing destination folder or create a new one. The new album is located at "FishBowlPhoto/<album name>" on your device's SD Card or USB storage.
- Delete Files - WARNING: This will remove files from both the Photostream and the folder where they are stored. To proceed: Open any file. Touch "Menu" > "Actions" > "Delete". Files will be moved to the Trash folder at "FishBowlPhoto\.trash". Empty the Trash to permanently delete them.
- Empty Trash - WARNING: To PERMANENTLY remove deleted files from your device to free up storage space: Open any file. Touch "Menu" > "Advanced" > "Empty Trash".
- Undelete - Visit http://www.pixiereef.com/support/delete
- Organize Albums - Move or Delete one or more Albums using Multi-select, then select the desired Action from the Menu.
- Remove Favorite Album - Touch and hold any Favorite Album in the Album Listing, then choose "Remove" in the pop-up menu.
- Album Cover - To pick a custom album cover, first open a photo, then go to "Menu" > "Actions" > "Set as Cover". To reset, go to "Menu" > "Actions" > "Reset Album Cover"
- Annotate - Add & edit the title/name and description of a photo or album. To edit a photo, open a photo, go to "Menu" > "Actions" > "Edit Title & Desc". To edit an album, find an album, go to "Menu" > "Actions" > "Edit Title & Desc".
- Hide - To hide a folder from this App only. Touch & hold an album to select it, then touch "Menu" > "Actions" > "Hide". Select "Hide from this App Only".
- Hide Subfolders - To hide a selected folder and all sub-folders within it, e.g. Album Art Folders, follow instructions to Hide a Folder but check the "Include Subfolder" checkbox before touching "Go".
- Show Hidden Folders - Go to "Menu" > "Actions" > "Unhide Albums until Restart" to show all hidden folders until you restart the App. Hidden folders are marked with a BLUE icon.
- Un-hide - To permanently un-hide a folder. First choose to Show Hidden Folders, then touch & hold a hidden album to select it and touch "Menu" > "Actions" > "Un-hide".
- Un-hide all Albums - To permanently un-hide all folders, Go to "Menu" > "Actions" > "Unhide All Albums".
- Set Favorite Album - Set up to 3 folder shortcuts in the Album Listing. Touch any empty Favorite slot, then select a folder.
- Remove Favorite Album - Touch and hold any Favorite Album in the Album Listing, then choose "Remove" in the pop-up menu.
